There are Sharing Circles which are an opportunity to share and get to know each other better, also Deeper Discussions which are focussed on a particular topic.
We also hold regular breath work, guided meditation and yoga nidra.
A private community platform to share thoughts, ideas and ask for information, all in a respectful and friendly space only for HSPs.
With over 200 members across 18 countries we are growing awareness of the HSP trait quickly. The members map shows members, or clusters of members, by their nearest towns or cities.
