Join Elaine Aron Live this September
Read her new book with us inside HSPconnect in a 5 part online book group for highly sensitive people.
Many HSPs have read Elaine Aron’s work and felt the relief of finally having language for who they are.
Her new book opens another doorway: how sensitivity can shape our spiritual life, our search for meaning, and the way we stay open hearted in a difficult world.
Inside HSPconnect, we will be reading the book slowly, together, over five sessions.
Each month offers space to reflect, share, ask questions, and connect with others who truly understand the highly sensitive experience.
In September, Elaine Aron will join us live for the final session.

Why this book matters to HSPs
This is perhaps Elaine Aron’s most personal book yet: thoughtful, searching and deeply moving.
It explores spirituality, meditation, awakening and emotional healing through the lens of high sensitivity. For HSPs, that matters. Sensitivity can open us to depth, meaning and beauty, but it can also leave us more vulnerable to overwhelm and emotional reactivity.
One of the important threads in the book is equanimity: a deeper inner steadiness. For HSPs, that does not mean feeling less. It means learning how to feel deeply without being overwhelmed by everything we feel.
This book group offers a chance to explore these themes with other HSPs inside the warmth and support of HSPconnect.

Elaine Aron will join us live in September
We are delighted that Elaine Aron has agreed to join HSPconnect for the final session of the book group in September. This will be a chance to hear directly from Elaine about the themes of the book and to bring questions arising from our reading together.
Why this is happening inside HSPconnect
HSPconnect is a private, gentle online community for highly sensitive people. It was created because many HSPs long for deeper connection, but often find ordinary social spaces too fast, too noisy, or too surface level.
Inside HSPconnect, members join live events, sharing circles, discussions, book groups, local connection spaces and themed conversations with others who understand the HSP trait.
This book group is one doorway into the wider community.
How to join
To take part, join HSPconnect as a member. Membership includes the Elaine Aron book group, the live September session with Elaine, and access to the wider HSPconnect community.
