DESCRIPTION:We are absolutely delighted that the wonderful Paula Prober will be joining us live on HSPconnect for this very special 90 minute session. \nPaula is a psychotherapist\, consultant\, author and the creator of the concept of the Rainforest Mind\, a beautiful and deeply validating way of understanding people who are gifted\, complex\, intense\, sensitive\, creative\, curious\, intuitive\, highly aware\, and often misunderstood. \nIn this conversation with Cindy Gale\, Paula will talk with us about what she means by a Rainforest Mind\, why she wrote her books\, and what she has learned through many years of working with gifted and sensitive adults and young people. \nWe will explore the overlap between high sensitivity and rainforest mindedness\, and why so many of us have spent years feeling “too much”\, too intense\, too questioning\, too emotional\, too easily bored\, too easily overwhelmed\, or hard to place in ordinary categories. \nThis event also marks the launch of a brand new HSPconnect room\, Rainforest Mind.
